A historic castle complemented by pastel pink blossoms
The Mt. Komaki Cherry Blossom Festival takes place with a cherry blossoms blooming amid a backdrop of Komakiyama Castle. During the event period, the blossoms are illuminated at night and on April 5, a fencing contest as well as guided tours of Mt. Komaki, where the castle sits, are available. Komakiyama Castle is a small but historically important castle and the first built by Lord Oda Nobunaga, later becoming a site of the Battle of Komaki and Nagakute.
During the Cherry Blossom Festival when Mt.
