A floral getaway to the south of Nagoya's premier park

Hisaya-Odori Park is home to famous Nagoya TV Tower, but the another amazing resident makes its home here. Once a mini theme park almost exclusively dedicated orchids, Hisaya-Odori Garden Flarie was renovated to its current role in offering visitors the key concept of relaxation, exchange, and excitement. The name "Flarie" combines the word "Flower" with ”Atelier", French for "Studio", and came about after an open call for naming ideas by the public.
Visit any time of the year to see a myriad of blossoms as you enjoy the four seasons. Many events take place with a particularly popular light display in winter.

So many varieties of plant life in a giant greenhouse and adventures through the four seasons

The establishment describes itself as a Lifestyle Garden and offers a giant greenhouse as well as five outdoor gardens with different auras. The Crystal Garden is an enormous greenhouse displaying seasonal flowers and foliage with vibrant leaves.
The Harmony Garden entices visitors with its enchanting and colorful pinks, oranges, whites, and other colors. Clematis, herbs, and colorful leaves paint the garden in stunning hues.

Enjoy no matter your purpose—From rest and relaxation to weddings

The Water Garden is home to a pathway with hydrangeas, Christmas wreathes, and other colorful and changing decorations. Your mind and body are guaranteed to feel rested and relaxed with the combination of a pond and surrounding blossoms.
Then, the Asian Garden offers the exotic ambiance of a Southeast Asian resort garden. Prepare for lift off to a whole other world of luxury with bamboo, crotons, and other tropical plants.
Finally, you're magically spirited away to a lush forest in the Forest Garden. Camphors and other trees surround a lawn in a romantic space and the perfect location for wedlock with multiple weddings taking place.

The Rhododendron Path filled with giant Rhododendron hibridum plants and the Cherry Blossom Path lined with Somei Yoshino and wild cherry varieties too wait to wash away the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
