Giving thanks for a bountiful harvest, adoring the beauty of the autumn harvest moon

This year's harvest moon appears on the night of Monday, October 6. The Tokugawaen Moon Viewing Party takes place with the Tokugawaen Garden venue's hours lengthened until 8:30 pm.
An ornately decorated Japanese-style boat floats in the foreground, lit up, on Ryusen Pond as the moon makes for a stunning background. The Kids Moon Viewing Burglar and Classical Music Appreciation events take place with food trucks available to help make for an even more unforgettable evening.

Access by public transport

• 10-min. walk from the South Exit of JR Ozone Station on the JR Chuo Main Line.
• From Nagoya Station, transfer to the Meijo Subway Line at Sakae Station and get off at Ozone Station. Walk 15 min.
• From Nagoya Station Bus Terminal, take the Nagoya Sightseeing Route Bus Me~guru to the Tokugawa Art Museum and Hosa Library (approx. 37-min. ride).
