More than 50 carp streamers swim gracefully through the sky above Handa Canal in spring. The beautiful contrast between the streamers and black-walled warehouses wows all who see it. The area is also lit up at night from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm during the event period, creating a truly magical scene.
