Immersive Journey Nagoya is a grand virtuality experience facility opened in January of 2026. It has intrigued more than two million people around the world, becoming a raved-about spot in Yokohama. Put on a head mount display and experience a whole new reality thanks to cutting-edge technology.
Contents comprise of Horizon of Khufu, taking you 4,500 years back into ancient Egypt and Tonight with the Impressionists PARIS 1874 for a step back into the world of impressionist paintings.

Basic info
Ages allowed: 8 years of age and older
Notes:
• Children ages 12 and younger without a guardian and those ages 70 or older without someone accompanying may not enter.
• Special guidance available to children ages 10 or younger and those ages 70 or older (information available below).
Participation capacity: Up to four guests per group
Notes:
• For groups of five, you will be split into two groups of two and three.
Time required: Approx. 60 min. (Experience: approx. 45 min. + instructions / Prep: approx. 15 min.)
Notes:
• Waiting may occur when busy.
• A consent form must be signed at the time of admission.
Languages
Experience available in Japanese, English, French, Chinese, and Spanish.
Notes:
• Members of the same team may select their own individual language.
• Experience guidance is audio with no subtitles.
Dress code
Please refrain from wearing clothing with lots of exposed skin as well as high heels, thick-soled shoes, and other footwear adding height. Please come in comfortable, safe footwear easy to walk around in (sneakers recommended) for a safe and comfortable experience.
Photography and cell phone usage
Photography of and within the venue by those accompanying you is allowed, but not the content available with goggles. Please be considerate of those around you.

• Cell phone usage during the experience is dangerous and thus prohibited.
Guidance to those need assistance
Those wearing glasses
You can join the experience wearing your glasses, but the headset may not fit well depending on the shape and size of your glasses.
Those with hearing aids
You can join the experience with your hearing aids on.
Those using a cane or with difficulty walking
Wheelchairs are given to visitors using a cane or with difficulty walking as there is a risk of falling.
• When using the wheelchair, it must be operated by a person accompanying you (ages 16 to 69 paying for their own ticket).
• The establishment offers rental wheelchairs, though in limited number.
Those in wheelchairs
You can join the experience in your wheelchair. Wheelchairs are also available for rental at the establishment, though in limited number.
Notes:
• Wheelchair must be operated (pushed) by a person accompanying you upon separate payment of their own ticket. Assistance by staff unavailable.
• Wheelchairs available for rental have a size of 96.5 cm (deep) × 61.5 cm (wide) × 90 cm (tall).
• Those with wheelchairs larger than the dimensions above may not be able to join the experience due to content technical difficulties when crowded. Please inquire before heading out.
Seniors (ages 70 or older)
Due to a risk of falling, an accompanying guest of younger age (16 or older having purchased their own ticket) must accompany each senior.
Note:
• Those accompanying may also wear goggles and enjoy the experience. Please consider the appropriate method of experience in consideration of physical ability and age so as to avoid any accidents.
• Wheelchairs are also available for rental at the establishment, though in limited number.
Children ages 10 or younger
An accompanying visitor ages 16–69 must accompany and hold hands with visitors ages 10 or younger. Two visitors ages 10 or younger are allowed in together.
Visitors unable to join the experience
Those fitting the conditions below may not join the experience for safety reasons:
• Pregnant women
• Those under the influence of alcohol
• Those with high blood pressure
• Those with physical issues related to the neck, spinal chord, or heart.
• Those feeling unwell
• Those with a strong aversion to heights and confined spaces
• Anyone unable to provide accompaniment for the conditions above
Points for a safe experience
Staff has the right to deny or cancel participation. Should this occur, you may be asked to join in a wheelchair, etc.
Note:
• If using a wheelchair, an accompanying visitor must operate it upon purchase of their own ticket.
