Sweets and international vegan cuisine as only Hatcho Miso can offer

Za MISO holds a 100% Vegan Course Using Hatcho Miso with a Nighttime Brewery Tour at Maruya Hatcho Miso, a miso brewery established in 1337 as the Asian Games take place. The Hatcho Miso Brewery Party isn't just a tour of the miso brewery's production area but a chance to see the brewery at night as a stage for the chance to experience the area's culinary culture.
Tour the nighttime Hatcho Miso Brewery with a full, 100-percent plant-based course as you experience a traditional Japanese industry, cuisine, and tourism all at once.

What is Za MISO?

Za MISO is the culinary brainchild of Keiichi Kato and Rika Inukai, who spread the word about raw food and vegan culture in Tokyo.
The two have disseminated the world of raw/vegan foods for years through cooking, recipe development, and publishing. With such a wide scope of culinary culture, these two visionaries do away with any rules or categories surrounding food. Creating freedom and pure joy resounding to the bones of diners is what keeps them going.

Beyond Vegan, Beyond Miso.

Keiichi and Rika throw off the shackles of limitation going with the "Vegan" label or the walls of miso cuisine as they seek a new definition of "Delicious" which both shocks and delights diners. Za MISO gives form to these free ideas with cuisine, sweets, and product development.
The team relays the possibilities of versatile miso to tables around the world.
