Buzzards flying before your very eyes
Each year from mid-September to mid-October, it’s possible to see the silhouette of gray-faced buzzards or crested honey buzzards flying overhead. During this season, nature photography enthusiasts and bird lovers carrying binoculars flock to the area around Cape Irago.

- Ride from Meitetsu Nagoya Station to Toyohashi Station. Take the Toyotetsu Atsumi Line and get off at Mikawatahara Station. Transfer to the Toyotetsu Bus's Irago Main Line and get off at Koijigahama Bus Stop. Walk approx. 5 min.
