Cherry blossoms and Thunberg's meadowsweet blossoms bloom along a 200-meter-long promenade in a Japanese-style garden. Known as "yukiyanagi"—or "snow willows"—in Japanese, the snow-white blossoms contrast perfectly with the pastel pink cherry blossoms. Together, they create a beautiful, dream-like scenery.

Access by public transport

From Toyotashi Station East Side Bus Platforms (Meitetsu Mikawa Line, board from Fushimi, Akaike, or Chiryu), take the Oiden Bus Fujioka-Toyota Line (藤岡・豊田線) bound for Fujioka Chugakko-mae (藤岡中学校前方面) via Nishi-Nakayama (西中山経由), and get off at Ryokka Center (緑化センター) (33min ride - 300 yen).
