An astounding display of 2,500 lanterns
Industrial/cultural park Denpark's Mid-Autumn Light Festival creates a romantic atmosphere with its 2,500 lit bamboo lanterns and the prowess of professional candle artists. Enjoy a bamboo screen sparkling in seven colors, an illuminated path lined with Japanese umbrellas, a lantern-lit wisteria trellis, and other events.
Denpark's hours are extended to 9:00 pm with a dreamlike stage offering shamisen performances, fire shows, a night bubble show, and other festivities. Come and be a part of the surreal scene.

- • From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tokaido Main Line, get off at Anjo Station and take the Ankuru Bus's Junkan Line No. 0 (either clockwise or counterclockwise). Get off at Anjo Kosei Byoin Bus Stop and change buses to the Nambu Line No. 3, riding it approx. 25 min. until Denpark.
• From Nagoya Station, take the Meitetsu Nagoya Line, get off at Shin Anjo Station and change trains to the Meitetsu Nishio Line. Get off at Sakurai Station and take the Ankuru Bus's Sakurai-Nishi Line No. 9, riding it approx. 8 min. until Denpark.
