Walk along and take in your fill of 700 beautiful weeping plum trees of 12 varieties—one of largest numbers in Japan—at Nagoya City Agricultural Center Dela Farm. As the flowers come into full bloom, the Weeping Plum Blossom Festival is held with fresh vegetables available for purchase, food trucks, and street performances.

- From Exit 1 of Hirabari Station on the Tsurumai Subway Line (board from Fushimi Station, in turn reachable from Nagoya Station using the Higashiyama Subway Line), walk 20 min. (1.2 km) southeast along Route 56. You can also take the Nagoya City Bus Hirabari 12 bound for Hara Subway Station and get off at Nogyo Center Kita Bus Stop, then walk 5 min. south.
