Shinshiro Cherry Blossom Festival
Date: Mar 25,2026(Wed) ~ Apr 12(Sun)
An absolute abyss of colorful cherry blossoms
Sakurabuchi Park is a prefectural natural park, and as its name suggests, is a cherry blossom ("sakura") abyss ("buchi") with a myriad of the pink flowers creating one of Aichi's most stunning cherry blossom spots. The Toyo River runs through the center of the park with cherry trees lining the banks, dying it in elegant shades of pink.
The Cherry Blossom Festival, held annually from mid-March to early April, also acts as host to numerous events which bring even more festivities you can enjoy with this special natural phenomenon.
