Huge fireworks shells shoot up above Chita Peninsula

The Toyohama Fireworks Display takes place each year on gorgeous Chita Peninsula during the area's Sea Bream Festival and is one of the largest such shows in the Chita area. Giant shells are shot up for a whopping 3,500 incredible explosions, coloring the night sky.

• The Sea Bream Festival is held one day only the day after the fireworks display.

ACCESS

Access by public transport: From Meitetsu Nagoya Station, board the express train bound for Kowa, get off at Kowa Station, and board the Umikko Bus's Toyohama Line bound for Morozaki Port. Get off at Toyohama Bus Stop and walk a short distance to the venue.
