34th Inazawa Hydrangea Festival

The beautiful blossoms of vivid hydrangeas
Otsuka Shokaiji Temple Historical Park and its Shokaiji Temple are the stage for the annual Inazawa Hydrangea Festival. Japanese hydrangea varieties, such as Hydrangea macrophylla and Hydrangea serrata, as well as Western species paint the park in magnificent colors for all to enjoy.

Opening ceremony

Note:
• Potted hydrangeas float on water surfaces around the park on weekends during the festival period. On Sat, Jun 7–Sun, Jun 8, hydrangea consultations and observation events are also planned.
Free shuttle bus
• Dates: Weekends during the event period
• Route: Meitetsu Konomiya Station↔︎Venue
• Hours: First departure at 9:15 am and final departure at 3:15 pm (departing every 30 min.) from Meitetsu Konomiya Station to the venue
First departure at 10:00 am and final departure at 4:00 pm (departing every 30 min.) from the venue to Meitetsu Konomiya Station
