Date: Feb 14,2026(Sat)
Attention sake lovers!
Japanese sake producer Morita wields a history of 360 years and is the creator of the cherished Nenohi sake brand. Nenohi's characteristic would have to be its full-flavored taste. Its rich, strong flavor profile makes not only for the perfect companion during a delicious meal but for an incredible component in cooking with a bold taste.
Enjoy tastings available for a fee as well as the chance to purchase limited-time sake varieties, popular Nagoya Hatcho Miso at overflowing amounts, Nara-zuke pickles, and as much sake lees as you can fit in a bag while the brewery opens its doors to the public.
