- From Nagoya Station, either board JR Tokaido Main Line bound to Owari-Ichinomiya, or Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line bound to Meitetsu-Ichinomiya Station. Upon alighting at either station, board the Meitetsu Bus, bound to Okoshi, Hasuike or Nishi-Nakano. Alight at "Ichinomiya Shiyakusho Bisai Chosha" (一宮市役所尾西庁舎 Ichinomiya City Hall - Bisai Branch) and walk 1 min.
