Samurai & Ninja Festival 2025
Date: Nov 30,2025(Sun)
Gather, exchange, and relax — A fun, hands-on Warring States period event fun for the whole family
The prefecture of Aichi is famous for churning out many of the military commanders of Japan's tumultuous Warring States period, including famous Lord Nobunaga, Lord Hideyoshi, and Lord Tokugawa, who came from the area. As the "Hometown of Commanders", Aichi offers an event sure to give you your fill of historical samurai and ninja fun: the Samurai & Ninja Festival.
A warrior parade, matchlock gun demonstrations, warrior and ninja performance groups, and delicious dishes are just some of the festivities straight out of Japan's infamous Warring States period.
Come family, come all out to Odaka for this battle-ready bonanza just as the Japan's famous morning Taiga Drama Toyotomi Brothers—telling the local story of a local warrior—begins.
