Some of the finest melons raised with sea breeze of Cape Irago

Pick for yourself mouthwatering muskmelons grown on the temperate Atsumi Peninsula. Learn which melons are ripe with the most flavor from local farmers as you choose the best for your dinner table! Plus, an all-you-can-eat chilled muskmelon option also awaits you at the Rest House.

Melon picking details (reservation required)

Jun 10–Jul 31
• Melon picking + 1/2 cut melon: JPY 3,100
• Melon picking + 1/4 cut melon: JPY 2,700

Jul 20–Jul 31
• Melon picking + all-you-can-eat melon (40 min.): JPY 3,800

Aug 1–Aug 20
• Melon picking + all-you-can-eat melon (40 min.): JPY 3,500
• Melon picking + 1/2 cut melon: JPY 2,700
• Melon picking + 1/4 cut melon: JPY 2,300

• The prices of the plans apply to elementary school ages and above.

ACCESS

Access by public transport

From JR Toyohashi Station, ride the Toyohashi Railways (Toyotetsu) Atsumi Line and get off at Mikawatahara Station. Transfer to the Toyotetsu Bus's Irago Main Line and get off at Seaside Farm Irago-mae Bus Stop.

Approx. 1 hr. from Toyokawa Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.
