This spot became popular among young women after an Instagram post of its colorful hydrangeas reflecting off the water's surface. Gaze upon these beautiful flowers around the Mimo Jinja Shrine precincts and enjoy matcha green tea, folk songs and taiko drum performances, and other traditional Japanese arts.
