Lavender Harvesting has been cancelled in 2023

The Soothing Aroma of Lavender Everywhere

In early July, the lavender shrubs planted everywhere around this facility start to bloom and paint the place with the soft purple color of those cute and aromatic flowers. As a result, guests are able to join lavender harvesting event.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Holding time	June 25 (Saturday) and 26 (Sunday), 2022 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM) Participation fee: 880 yen : Cancels in case of rain. In such case, facility staff will inform participants by phone at least until 8:30 AM in the morning of the event. : Reservations required. Up to 10 people every 30 minutes. *: Please wear a mask, and attire with long pants and long sleeves, with comfortable footwear or long boots. Head protection recommended.

ACCESS

Access by public transport

1-From Nagoya Station, board the Higashiyama Line subway and alight at Fushimi Station.
2-Change trains to the Tsurumai Line bound for Akaike and Toyotashi (may require changing trains again in Akaike - if changing trains in Akaike is not desirable, board the train bound for Toyotashi Station from Fushimi Station).
3-Alight at Toyotashi Station and, from the East Gate Bus Platform Number 1, board the Toyota Oiden Bus Inabu-Asuke Line (稲武･足助線 Inabu-Asuke Sen) bound for Dongurinoyu-Mae (どんぐりの湯前).
4-Get off at Dongurinoyu-Mae (どんぐりの湯前, 80 min. ride 1,200 yen).

*: The direct bus to Dongurinoyu-Mae from Toyotashi Station runs only twice a day on weekends and holidays, departing at 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM. For other times, take the Meitetsu Bus Yanami Line (矢並線 Yanami Sen) to Asuke (46 min. ride 800 yen), then change buses to the Toyota Oiden Bus bound for Dongurinoyu-Mae (43 min. ride 600 yen).
