The Best Goldfish of Japan Tournament is a competition evaluating 700 fish (entries from 2024) no matter the species. Goldfish enthusiasts from around Japan convene to show off the beauty of their goldfish. What once were difficult goldfish to see are now available for exhibition from all around Japan, making this a can't-miss event.

- Access by public transport
- From Nagoya Station, board either the JR Kansai Line or the Kintetsu Nagoya Line (both start from Nagoya heading west), then get off at the respective Yatomi Station, and take a taxi (10 min.) or use the Yatomi City Community Bus's Nankai Route. Get off at Kodomo-no-Kuni Koen Bus Stop.

- From Kanie Interchange on the Higashi-Meihan Expressway, exit the interchange from the left (heading for Routes 1 and 23, Kanie and Isewangan Expressway). Follow Route 65 south for approx. 4.9 km and turn right at the Kando-Shinden crossing with Route 106, heading west for 2.2 km.
