The Obara Summer Festival for the city of Toyota's Obara area offers fun through bon dancing and more before a grand finale shooting some 200 or so fireworks up into the night sky. And of course, don't miss the Niagara Falls-style fireworks which shower down sparks just like a beautiful waterfall.
