The Dando Uradani Old-Growth Forest, commonly known as the "Kirara no Mori Forest", is one of the largest old-growth beech forests in the prefecture of Aichi and offers visitors hiking along a section of the Tokai Nature Trails.

ACCESS

Access by public transport: Take the JR Iida Line to Hon-Nagashino Station. Transfer to the Toyotetsu Bus (bound for Taguchi), riding it to the last stop. Finally, take a 30-min. taxi ride.

Access by car: • Approx. 1 hr. and 10 min. from Shinshiro Interchange on the Shin-Tomei Expressway.
• Approx. 1 hr. and 20 min. from Toyokawa Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.
